Direct entrance into the living room with lounge area (sofa, TV), equipped kitchen area (3 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator), bedroom (double bed), closet, shower room/WC. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (one double bed each), mezzanine overlooking the living room with sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves. 150m from the ski lifts and slopes, 400m from shops. Parquet flooring. Individual electric heating.
Glazed veranda. Garage No. 3 (middle garage).
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
