Appartement T3 rénové en 2025 au "Clos Des Fontaneilles" environnement calme, vue sur le lac, proche du centre du village et accessible à pied.
Appartement situé dans le Bât. E, au 1er et dernier étage avec une terrasse de 8 m2 plein Sud, un parking extérieur en contre-bas.
Couchage 5 personnes. adapté pour les familles.

- 2 lits individuels superposés (80 x 200) qui peuvent se transformer en 1 grand lit (160 x 200) sur la partie basse, placard.
