Located at 1800 m, the La Marmotte apartment, renovated in 2024 of 53 m2, is made up of two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed (the bedding has been carefully chosen to ensure great sleeping comfort), a cabin corridor with two bunk beds, two bathrooms with shower and WC, a living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a living room with two sofas. On the garden level of a small residence with a pretty terrace equipped with a table with benches for a lunch in the sun) with a view of Lake Matemale. Located 100 m from access to the Baliu blue slope. The Angles animal park is accessible on foot (600 m) and the hiking and mountain biking trails are in the immediate vicinity. A large storeroom is available to store ski equipment but also to store your bikes or windsurf boards in the summer. The apartment is equipped with fiber for an ideal connection but also with a free internet box for a wide choice of TV channels. Hôte très agréable, réactif et proactif.Logement très bien équipé, nous découvrons de nouveaux ustensiles chaque jours.Nous étions 4 a loger finalement, ce qui me paraît le nombre parfait pour le chalet quand nous y passions la journée.
