Lovely stay in Meribel

Lovely apartment style hotel. Marketed as a 5 star but no pool towels provided. This is very inconvenient as we have been travelling for a month and have no luggage space for towels. A true 5 Star should provide pool towels. Outdoor hot tub very small and not very warm, it was disappointing but the indoor pool and sauna/hammam were lovely. Kitchen was beautiful but lacked basic utensils such as tongs and the chopping board was completely bent so was not useable. Pans were well used and not enough to cook for a family of 4. Otherwise room was lovely and very comfortable. Would not hesitate in staying again but would love if the above issues were fixed

Staff was not very friendly or willing to make up for a room that was not what was advertised. I stayed 4 nights; I guess housekeeping doesn't exist there? I went to the front desk to ask for soap. The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors. I got lost each time I left the room. Getting to and from the garage is even more impossible. On a positive note, it is a short walk to a slope that gives access to the mountain base.

Dès le début mauvaises coordonnées de l'établissement..établissement invisible de l'extérieur..piece de reception indigne d'1 5*..appart ne correspondant pas à la demande..propriété ➕️ que litigieuse..piscine réservée aux enfants (maxi 0.90 m)..expo de l'appart catastrophique..ni la vue ni l'étage ne correspondent à notre demande..l'utilisation du balcon impossible ( l'un au ras de la route et l'autre ne voyant pas le soleil..notre confiance envers Hotel.cpm est largement entamée..

Résidence Pierre & Vacances pas vraiment Premium

La résidence vient d'ouvrir et se dit Premium mais le niveau n'y est pas... A l'arrivée c'est la queue aux 2 comptoirs d'enregistrement car le processus n'est pas rodé. On doit régler d'avance 90€ de parking, 70€ pour le chien et 300€ de caution. On a eu du mal à trouver la place de parking 75 qui n'est pas dans la continuité des autres places. Le sol était plein de poussières de chantier et on en a mis sur les tapis de la voiture ! Du parking pour aller à notre appart il fallait passer 2 portes, prendre un 1er ascenseur, marcher dans un très long couloir jusqu’au bât. B puis prendre un 2ème ascenseur… Pareil pour aller à la piscine. C'est un labyrinthe et pas de plan disponible. L’architecte a privilégié l’aspect au détriment de la fonctionnalité ! L’appart est joliment décoré, les matériaux sont nobles et les équipements de qualité. La pièce à vivre pourrait être un peu plus grande. L’ascenseur qui dessert la passerelle menant au centre-ville est tombé plusieurs fois en panne nous obligeant à monter ou descendre 3 étages à pied avec les skis et les chaussures ! Au 2ème jour les chaînes françaises ont disparu de la télévision dû à un problème d’antenne qui n’a jamais été réparé ! Les casiers à skis sont bien agencés et chauffés. La piscine est jolie et équipée de nombreux jets relaxants. Il y a un sauna, un hammam et un jacuzzi extérieur. Après 17h les familles arrivent avec des enfants hors de contrôle et il devient impossible de se détendre ! Vu le prix, j’attendais mieux…
