"On inspection of the room the high bunk bed had no steps and no side protection. Shower only lasted for one small shower. Toaster, dining chair and freezer compartment broken. Smoke alarm defective and not working and plug sockets broken and open to cables. No kettle. No help from owner."

"Si l'appartement était parfait, l'immeuble n'est pas à la hauteur. 1 ascenseur sur 2 en panne plusieurs fois par jour, nous étions au 7eme. Casier à ski ridiculement petit obligeant à remonter chaussures et matériel dans l'appartement. Autre conséquence, beaucoup de résidents se déplaçaient en chaussures de ski matin et soir générant beaucoup de bruit notamment dans les escaliers."
