"I was struck by how small the property was. The sofa bed just fits in the space.We arrived very late and found the keys in the safe box. We followed instructions to the apartment.It was not clear where the lift by the bus station was- you have to go through some doors as the lifts are inside.On arriving in the apartment, there was no toilet paper. "Outstanding food and staff, excellent spa, great for hike, bike or ski vacation "

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"
