"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. "Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. C'était le début de saison ça se ressentait dans les travaux autour de la chambre. Belle piscine. "

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"I stayed for 1 week with the family. Staff was friendly and receptive. The hotel is right on the beach. I was kindly given access to the solarium/roof area eventhough it was close to the public during my staying. Breakfast was good and had fresh fruit, bread and cheese in addition to freshly baked pastries. Parking is available but not free; it is possible to find a spot in the neighbourhood but not raccommanded due to concerns about street flooding during thunderstorms. We had one dinner in...
