Excellent hotel, and superbly clean. Very welcoming. Didn't realise the parking is free for hotel guests, ended up paying £12.50 for overnight stay as the Ringo banner appears just outside the hotel thought it would be a good idea to pay first and then enter the hotel. Very decent english breakfast.

Perfect spot for trips to see the football.

Great spot to stay when visiting King Power Stadium. Nice staff, clean rooms and hot shower. Can't ask for more at such an affordable price.

NICE CENTRAL HOTEL IN LEICESTER

The Holiday Inn hotels always live up to a good standard. With breakfast included, what more can you ask. The room was cool on one of the warmest nights this year, and the bed was comfortable. The location was fine for where we needed to be.

The hotel itself and the location is good. The main issue is- as previous reviews have already mentioned- that it is very hot! It was not a particularly hot day, around 23 degrees and it got cool in the evening outside. However, the temperature in the room was too high and the fans just circulated the hot air. Because of that, it was impossible to sleep. There is a sign in the lift that the air-conditioning is out of order which must have been there for months. If this problem was fixed, the hotel would be very good. In the winter, the room may be fine.

Outstanding staff

The stay at this hotel wax outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were treated caringly and respectfully. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very light and airy and exactly what we needed. Breakfast was excellent and had everything from English breakfast, to croissants to cereal or just toast Spot on and 10/10 to all staff
