A countryside retreat where you can relax in the hot tub whilst admiring the stunning views.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric radiators, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Stabling by arrangement with owner. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Springbrook Farm is home to two wooden single-storey detached lodges set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. Both feature an open plan living space and two comfortable double bedrooms with views of the rolling hills. Watch the beautiful night sky whilst relaxing in the hot tub, enjoy dining al fresco on a warm evening or simply cosy up in front of the TV or immerse yourself in a good book.
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind for couples, friends and small families. You can even bring your dog or horse as the owner offers stabling, and a paddock is located in front of the lodges. Views of Billesdon Coplow can be seen from the lodges, it is a wooded knoll; a significant landmark in Leicestershire with its distinctive tree line. With plenty of walks from the doorstep you can immerse yourself into country life. However the bustling market towns of Oakham, Uppingham and Market Harborough are within easy reach and boast an array of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Oadby, home of the fascinating University of Leicester Botanical Gardens, is 10 miles, and close by is Leicester racecourse. The city of Leicester is also under 10 miles where you can enjoy a shopping spree in the city centre high street shops, or the many retail parks. On the outskirts of the city, for space fans, enjoy a trip to the National Space Centre. Rutland water is just over 20 minutes drive and you can enjoy a range of activities from walking, cycling, water sports and bird watching at the two nature reserves. These lodges can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests.

catch up with friends /family
Booked a long weekend for myself and my grown up son to catch up with friends and family who still live in the area We moved North when he was 2 years old and is now in his early 20's so spent the time going to places he went as a baby. The lodge position was perfect as it was quiet but only about 20 minutes from everything. It was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. My son made good use of the hot tub. are definitely considering booking to do the same next year.

Had an excellent week even though the weather was at times atrocious.
Had an excellent week even though the weather was at times atrocious. Lovely cosy and comfortable cabin with the added benefit of the hot tub with lovely local views. Easy access to visit local sites and walks.
