Superbes vacances au Cap Ferret !

Nous avons passé 15 jours absolument parfaits. Frédéric et Sylvia sont des hôtes adorables, discrets et disponibles. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, dans cette petite cabane cosy et très fonctionnelle. Il ne manquait rien, et la propreté du logement est très appréciable ! Très bien située, nous avons tout fait à vélos. Et la grande terrasse est le gros point fort : hamac, barbecue, douche extérieure après la plage… nous avons eu du mal à quitter cet endroit ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Mille mercis ! Colombe et Emeric

Un vrai Cabanon

Nos locataires sont très gentils, discrets. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication - par portable surtout. La situation est formidable, près de l´Atlantique, près du village. Seule chose ennuyante, le protocole de comportement dans l´appartement affiché un peu partout...

Ruhige, saubere und günstig gelegene Unterkunft zwischen Atlantik, Bassin und Zentrum.

Gut eingerichtet. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene mit/ohne (Klein)Kinder. Ort der Ruhe. Der erwünschte Standard der Schlussreinigung nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch - externe Möglichkeit ansprechen.

Une belle semaine au Cap Ferret

Un très beau séjour passé en plein coeur du Cap Ferret. La situation géographique du logement fait que l'on s'y déplace à pied ou à vélo. L'appartement est décoré avec goût, il est soigné et très propre. L'utilisation de la terrasse, du hamac et du barbecue sont également très appréciables. Le tout géré par des hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Je reviendrai, c'est sûr. Xavier

Si vous aimez les plages désertes, le calme et la tranquillité, profitez du Cap-Ferret pendant les premières semaines de mai. Le temps peut être un peu frais mais parfait pour les jogging sur la plage ou les randonnées à vélo. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par nos hôtes et avons profité d'un logement extrêmement bien placé, à 200 m de la plage, côté atlantique et à deux minutes en vélo de la boulangerie et du petit supermarché (les seuls à la pointe de la presqu'ile). Nous avions une belle grande terrasse en bois, presque toujours à l'ombre, comme l'appartement (bien pour l'été, un peu frais et sombre pour le mois de mai). J'ai apprécié la douche extérieure, bien chaude et bien dans l'esprit vacances. Le lit est très confortable.

Super séjour et super accueil

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables avec nos enfants de 6 et 9 ans qui ont eux aussi adoré. Le logement n’est pas très grand en lui même mais avec la grande terrasse c’est au global spacieux . On a aussi apprécié le calme et l’emplacement ( près de l’océan, du bassin et du bourg) . On a aussi été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Très probable qu’on revienne !

Ce n'est pas la petite maison dans la prairie mais bien la petite cabane dans la forêt. La location est très agréable, idéalement bien située proche des commerces mais également des plages Océanes et celles du Bassin, des cabanes ostréicoles et des sentiers pour faire de nombreuses balades à vélo du Cap Ferret à l'entrée de la presqu'île et même beaucoup plus loin. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très accueillants mais restent malgré tout d'une grande discrétion pour le bien-être de chacun. La rigueur dans la location est un point positif qui permet d'arriver dans un appartement très propre et rangé et de le laisser dans l'état trouvé pour le respect des autres vacanciers. super appartement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est bien situé au Cap-Ferret. La décoration est soigné, l'appartement est calme et très bien équipé. La terrasse extérieur est très agréable pour se reposer et profiter du soleil. L'accueil est chaleureux et les propriétaire sont très sympas, toujours disponible en cas de problème. Nous recommandons cette location pour se détendre et changer d'air. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Goldener Oktober in der Cabane

Die Unterkunft wurde uns in perfektem Zustand übergeben. Sie ist hervorragend gelegen: zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten zum Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Cafe, zu Restaurants und zum Wochenmarkt. Die Cabane ist nett eingerichtet. Der Küchenbereich ist zwar nicht groß, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend und sogar mit einem Geschirrspüler und zusätzlich zum Kühlschrank mit einem Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Außerdem stehen 1 TabletPC, 1 Mac-Rechner, Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Die großzügige Terrasse verfügt über Hängematte, Sonnenliegen und eine Dusche, um den Sand abzuspülen. Dadurch, daß es sich um eine Sous-Terrain-Wohnung handelt, ist der Lichteinfall trotz sonnigem Wetter eher bescheiden. Man muß also für Arbeiten in der Küche oder für die Suche im Schrank immer das Licht einschalten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die herrliche Unterkunft für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Sie bietet alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Die Verständigung war kein Problem, da unser schlechtes Französisch durch die Englisch-Kenntnisse der Vermieter ausgeglichen wurde. Das Abhaken einer Liste aller Einrichtigungsgegenstände auf Vollständigkeit und Zustand ist schon etwas nervig. Andererseits aber auch verständlich, wenn man mit Mietern schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hat. Vielleicht lässt sich das Procerdere beim nächsten mal - wenn die Erfahrungen mit uns gut waren - etwas "abkürzen".

Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants à l'écoute et disponibles. L'appartement est impeccable et très propre L'annonce est conforme et la terrasse est encore plus grande que sur les photos Il est proche de tout à pied. Ocean, bassin, commerces, marché. Un cadre magnifique

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour chez Frédéric et Sylvia. Idéalement placé entre bassin et océan, sans vis à vis et donc très calme, cette " Cabane" à tout pour plaire. Bien entretenue, propre et très bien équipée, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la douche d'extérieur très pratique pour le retour de plage et le barbecue pour les repas sur la belle et grande terrasse. Des vélos vous sont proposés pour vous rendre, à quelques coups de pédales seulement, du centre ville, de ses commerces et de son superbe marché. La plage est à 5' en vélo. Bref votre voiture n'est plus indispensable et c'est très bien ainsi ! Je fais l'impasse sur le Cap-Ferret et ses environs car nous connaissions déjà et l'endroit est juste magnifique. Je finirai cet avis par une mention particulière à Frédéric et Sylvia, les propriétaires des lieux, discrets mais toujours disponibles et très accueillants, ces derniers se donnent beaucoup de mal pour vous assurer des vacances les plus agréables possibles. "Cabane " idéale pour un couple. Nous sommes restés 15 jours. Situation qui permet d'aller partout à pieds . La description faite par les propriétaires est conforme. Il faut aimer l'esprit " bois" sinon s'abstenir....La vie est surtout en extérieur et tout est prévu y compris une deuxième douche chaude et froide en retour de plage ou au réveil . peace, ocean and oysters

Cap Ferret is a gem for anyone who wants peace, beautiful beaches, great food, and lots of oysters! Ma Cabane is charming, perfectly located and completely peaceful. It has a large patio, is well equipped and very comfortable. We plan on returning next year and highly recommend it for couples of every age. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and accommodating. I can't think of a single negative in three perfect weeks.

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en juin dernier avec nos deux enfants en bas âge. La location est chaleureuse, fonctionnelle et idéalement située.
