Villa at the extreme point of Cap Ferret

  • The villa is ideally located at the tip of the peninsula of Cap Ferret giving you access on foot and bike to the basin (500 meters) and the dune of the ocean (400 meters). In addition you can in the same way, quickly go to the market, in the village of fishermen and oyster farmers or in the city center. The famous tapas bar Quarante Quatre and Chez Hortense restaurant are located nearby.

    This very pretty villa entirely redone of more than 200m2 built on 2 levels will allure you by its architecture, its rehabilitation of quality and its location. Each floor has its own living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Decorated in the spirit of the pond with a landscaped garden, it offers a framework and an exceptional quality of life.
    The large bay window that opens onto the balcony creates a space, mid-interior, mid-exterior. In the lower part a veranda overlooks the pool and the garden.
    The outdoor bar and barbecue / plancha will allow you to organize parties by the heated swimming pool.

    4 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (including 2 king size beds), one bedroom has two individual beds and the last bedroom has 4 individual beds. With 14 beds, this villa will be ideal for families but also for groups of friends.
    In this villa you can find the luxury of a luxury hotel. Indeed, high quality linen is provided and the beds are ready just before your arrival with a set of bath for each person. The departure cleaning is of course included in the rent. When renting two weeks or more a full weekly cleaning is provided as well as a change of linen.
    Finally, the Conciergerie du Ferret will welcome you and remain at your disposal throughout the stay. You will also enjoy the services that are exclusively reserved for you.

Maison parfaite, sauf que nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant deux jours et pas de réponse de la part du service conciergerie. Ce qui a entaché quelque peu le séjour. Un mot du service conciergerie ou des propriétaires (peut-être pas au courant) aurait été bienvenu

La maison est conforme aux photos. Cependant de l’avis général du Groupe le coût de la nuitée est trop excessif (surtout à cette période) au regard du cadre global et de la prestation. Certes c’est le cap ferret mais tout de même ;)

Très très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, malgré le mauvais temps. Cela est notamment lié au fait que la maison était très bien situé et très agréable. De plus la communication avec le concierge était très facile et celui-ci a été très conciliant pour les horaires d’arrivées et de départ. Bref, nous recommandons fortement ce logement que nous relouerons avec grand plaisir.

Profonde déception pour ce bien !

Nous avons passé une semaine en août dans la maison. Malgré les belles photos et la localisation idéale, nous avons été fortement déçus par les prestations offertes au vu du prix exorbitant payé ! Portails qui ne ferment pas, piscine non entretenue, la plupart des luminaires extérieurs défectueux (ce qui complique les repas sur la terrasse le soir !), coupure d'eau chaude, mobiliers cassés, ... Il n'y a pas eu un jour de la semaine ou le service de conciergerie n'est pas intervenu pour tenter de réparer quelques chose. Pour le prix payé, le niveau de sécurité pour les enfants et le niveau de service au niveau global est très en dessous des prestations vendues.

La maison est idéalement bien placée à la pointe du Cap Ferret. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous ce qui nous as permis de profitez pleinement du Ferret. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique villa où tout a été pensé pour qu'on se sente rapidement chez soi ! La maison est pratique et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le tout à deux pas des plus belles plages du bassin! Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis.
