We spend our vacation in this perfect tiny house, great room layout, loving & tasteful furnishings, inviting terrace, short distances to the beach or the market, everything as descibed, we will return for sure and stay even onger.

Great time

We found a very nice, new refurbished, clean house and had a great time. The house is in walking distance to the atlantic beach, using a bike you can reach in a few minutes the wonderful open market and several restaurants. We used our car just a few times within 2 weeks. Cap Ferret is marvelous, we definetely will come back.

On se sent comme à la maison! Situation idéale à 5 mn de la plage et des commerces, la maison est parfaite pour une famille de 6, tous le confort et les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Un grand merci à David pour ses explications par téléphone avant l arrivée !

Tres bonne destination

Lieu ideal pour la plage la degustation des huitres la ballade en vélo. Je mettrais un bémol pour le coup excessif de la traversée en bateau pour aller à arcachon avec un vélo (32€ aller retour)

Très bon séjour!

Maison pas très grande mais très sympathique et très mignonne. Elle est bien équipée, bons matériels, terrasse et plancha très sympa. La chambre dans le cabanon est très jolie. Petit bémol, piscine non chauffée. Nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Emplacement top à côté de la plage de l’horizon.

Séjour parfait !

Maison idéalement placé, 5 mn à pied de la plage, 10 mn à pied du centre (marché). Extérieur très cocoon et convivial. Nous avons adoré cette maison.

Vacances en famille plage et velo

Super maison avec tout le confort, bien equipee. Les lits sontt confortable, les draps de bonne qualité. C est propre, renové, tellement bien decoré et à côté de la plafge de l horizon a pieds 5 minutes. Super communication avec david qui est tres reactif. Notre fille etait malade, merci encore pour les conseils pour l hopital. Vraiment a recommander. Le seul bémol est que la maison et mitoyenne sur un côté et que la deuxieme semaine elle etait occupee. On entendait vraiment tout ce qu il se disaient dans la petite chambre qui se trouve a l entrée, mais ce n est absolument pas la faute du propriétaire. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour,,,

Die Kommunikation mit Davide hat wunderbar geklappt, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll, sauber und hat eine perfekte Aufteilung. Es liegt zentral und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien située, a 5mn de la plage. Interrieur tres propre, tres bien équipée (literie, linge de maison, électro-ménager). Mobilier de jardin, sans vis à vis, la piscine est extra. Tout à l'air récent entretenu. J'ai adoré. Propriétaire sympathique, mm si nous ne nous somme pas vu.

Charmantes Häuschen von perfekten Gastgebern

Das Häuschen ist perfekt ausgestattet, geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes. Der Vermieter hatte sogar Wasser und Wein kühl gestellt und auch Kaffee war vorhanden. Das dritte Zimmer im Poolhaus ist sehr praktisch für Familien mit Teenagern oder für zwei Parteien. Un grand merci à David! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
