  • A luxurious and inviting 250-square-meter villa with a heated pool on 1,500 square metres of land.<br>3 minutes by bike from the lake, 10 minutes from the ocean. A very large, sheltered terrace with views of the lagoon is perfect for aperitifs and meals. A beautiful sunbathing area in the pine grove lets you enjoy the pool. A bocce court and a plancha grill are available for your leisure time. The villa features 5 bedrooms, including one upstairs with a terrace and a panoramic view of Île aux Oiseaux.<br>On the garden level, overlooking the pool, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower, and a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separate bathroom.

Maison landaise remarquablement rénovée qui ne présente que des atouts: un environnement luxuriant, des extérieurs accueillants, une pièce à vivre très lumineuse. Parfait pour deux familles, la piscine est spacieuse et l’emplacement impeccable. Nous y avons passé un séjour idéal !

Wunderschönes Haus in schöner Nachbarschaft. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, top Ausstattung, schöne Terrassen und toller Poolbereich mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Alles gut durchdacht und benutzerfreundlich. Schöne große Küche. Hervorragende Lage, Markt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Rundum ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
