Best Cap Ferret Location, 44ha, a few steps from the bay, near Pointe and Ocean. House with comfortable living room with TV, sofa and dining table and exit to a spacious wooden terrace with all garden furniture, dining table, deck chairs, parasol and barbecue. Garden with outdoor shower and car parking space. 5 bedrooms, 1 x160m double bed, 2x 1.40m double bed, 1x single bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Simple bathroom and separate toilet. A 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet in the basement, accessible from the garden.
