"Horizon", 4-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo) extra). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Walk-through room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Vraiment cool.

TrĂšs bien situĂ©, proche plage de l'horizon, marchĂ© ou bassin, un accueil trĂšs convivial, le bĂątiment est ancien mais fonctionnel avec une excellente literie et tout ce qu'il faut pour ĂȘtre bien durant des vacances. J'ai apprĂ©ciĂ©, le grand jardin, les transats, l'excellent contact avec Mr David durant le sĂ©jour, le prix juste qui correspond Ă  la prestation, la maison ancienne qui permet de rester zen sans prise de tĂȘte, les deux douches et les deux sanitaires, le chauffe eau grand volume qui correspond bien Ă  6 personnes. J'ai moins aimĂ© l'escalier assez Ă©troit et franchement raide, quelques manques au niveau des Ă©clairages individuels dans certaines chambres ou sur l'Ă©vier, mais rien de bien grave. Un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Il y a mieux, mais pas Ă  ce tarif.

Spitzenlage - Gut ausgestattet.

HORIZON ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit hĂ€tte uns gefreutl. Die enge Wendeltreppe nach oben ist atemberaubend. Geht aber. Der Garten ist wunderbar zum faulenzen. Das Umfeld des Hauses ist quirlig, aber ertrĂ€glich. Insgesamt war es gemĂŒtlich und wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl. Der Betreuer E. war sehr freundlich und prompt. Nicht zuletzt die Ă€ußerst vorteilhafte Lage zwischen Ozean und Becken v. Arcachon lĂ€sst uns das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Prix location excessivement Ă©levĂ© par rapport aux prestations. Description mensongĂšre, photos trompeuses. Cabines douches lamentables. Manque flagrant de rangement (Ă©tagĂšres, patĂšres, etc) 6 personnes ne peuvent pas cohabiter ni se laver dans un espace si rĂ©duit. Étendoir linge ridiculement petit et instable Deux chaises longues crasseuses MĂ©nage approximatif Location 4 personnes grand maximum.

Die Bilder geben das Beste wieder, das man in dem Hau sehen kann. Wir kamen bei Regenwetter an und alles sah alt und abgewohnt aus. Die Wahrheit liegt dazwischen. Das Haus liegt ideal zwischen Strand, Bassin, Markt und Supermarkt. Schön könnte es bei etwas Renovierungsaufwand sein. ZweckmĂ€ĂŸig ist es allemal. Es fehlt praktisch kein HaushaltsgerĂ€t. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut, das Bad und die Toiletten auch. FĂŒr drei Personen oder zwei Erwachsene und bis zu zwei Kinder ist es groß genug, mehr Personen sind zu viel.

une maison bien situĂ©e avec quelques difficultĂ©s d’ñge (volets, mobilier), mais bien Ă©quipĂ©e; seul Internet ne fonctionnait pas du tout; Il fallait s’habituer Ă  l’étroit escalier en colimaçon jusqu’à l’étage, et tout le reste remplissait son but; Nous reviendrons !

Schöner Urlaub in Cap Ferret

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Cap Ferret. Die Wohnung liegt zentral: Rechts, Steg vom Bassin und zur Promenade, links, zum Strand vom Atlantik. Nachteil: Strasse ist vielbefahren und laut. Nachbar: Hotel mit angeschlossener Bar = auf die Musik einigen und schöne Abende draussen verbringen und zuschauen, wie sich die Natur die bereits mehrfach gebrochene Betonplatte vor dem Haus zurĂŒckerobert. Internet geht nicht, deutsches Fernsehen auch nicht, entgegen Katalog. Innen: Okay und grundsolide.

Situation parfaite

Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e, Ă  8 minutes Ă  pied de l'ocean et Ă  10 minutes du centre du village du cap ferret. Échange trĂšs agrĂ©able avec la personne pour le dĂ©part et l'arrivĂ©e. Couchage correct, pas vraiment de standing, mais on s'y est senti trĂšs bien! On recommande

Als "WiederholungstÀter" könne...

Als "WiederholungstĂ€ter" können wir diese Unterkunft auch nach dem dritten Aufenthalt uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. Somit hat unsere EinschĂ€tzung aus dem Jahr 2015 weiterhin GĂŒltigkeit. Die hin und wieder kritisierte Wendeltreppe vom Erdgeschoss in den ersten Stock war fĂŒr uns kein Problem. Die Ausstattung ist vollstĂ€ndig, die Unterkunft ist sauber und Herr D., der uns die Wohnung ĂŒbergab und am Urlaubsende wieder abnahm, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reisetipps: Auch hier gelten die Tipps aus dem 2015. Allerdings hat das Restaurant im "Pavillon Bleue" eine neue Leitung und ein neues Konzept, welches möglicherweise auf die AnsprĂŒchen eines jĂŒngeren Publikums ausgerichtet ist – wir empfanden QualitĂ€t des Essens, den Service an sich und das Preis–Leistungs–VerhĂ€ltnis als katastrophal. Man gehe lieber ins "L'Escale". FĂŒr Austern und Crevetten ist "Chaiz Bertrand" zu empfehlen.

Zentral aber ruhig gelegen, sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung (KĂŒchengerĂ€te, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Sat–TV). Treppe ins OG zu den Schlafzimmern nur fĂŒr mobile Menschen geeignet (steil und eng). Sehr netter Kontakt und Tipps vor Ort durch Verwalter. Reisetipps: Restaurant "Cocotte" nebenan sehr empfehlenswert.

haus gerĂ€umig,oben drei Schlafzimmer nett gestaltet mit hĂŒbschen Blicken ,eins mit Dusche und WC . wirklich alles da was man braucht Waschmaschine trockner Dusche getrenntes WC , grill liegen ,grosser schöner schattiger Garten, betonvorgarten etwas lieblos grau, Straßenlage Vorteil Parkplatz vorm Haus ,zu Fuss /Rad schnell am Atlantik und Bassin, Nachteil tagsĂŒber mit zunehmender Saison viel AutolĂ€rm, nacht ruhig.Preisleistung im Juni absolut ok

Haus und Mobiliar ziemlich in ...

Haus und Mobiliar ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, sĂ€mtliche Betten und Matratzen leider in schlechtem Zustand.Der Rest passt im großen und Ganzen. Punktet durch seine Lage (500m zu Fuß zum Strand am Ocean) Reisetipps: Viele tolle StrĂ€nde mit dem Autoerreichbar, viele kleine Lokale der Austernfischer direkt am Bassin,DĂŒne von Pyla (immer einen Sonnenuntergang wert)
