Tasteful family home with a large garden and a sheltered terrace in a quiet environment at the tip of Cap-Ferret between Bassin and Ocean (10 minutes on foot) ideal for a successful summer stay. Fully equipped American kitchen directly overlooking the garden. Parking, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue. Possibility of additional rental (350 € / week) of a bungalow located at the bottom of the garden equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in the first and 3 single beds in the second.
