Logement à retenir qu’en cas de nécessite absolue

humidité de la maison, pas de vmc en continu, des coulées d eau visibles sur la porte fenêtre témoignent de l humidité des lieux.Tv ne fonctionnait pas durant tout le séjour alors que la propriétaire en avait connaissance.Fonctionnement aléatoire de la wifi. Omniprésence d un chat très sale devant la porte de notre location.Il s en est suivi que notre petit chien est revenu du séjour avec des puces, nous avons donc dû consulter un vétérinaire. En ce qui concerne l électroménager,l équipement était très décevant:une poêle sur deux non compatible avec l induction, un four non programmable, pas de manique, vaisselle très sommaire, une cafetière digne d une autre époque avec un filtre alors qu aujourd’hui les cafetières fonctionnent avec des capsules. Impossibilité de joindre la propriétaire qui n était pas présente à l heure de notre arrivée 14 h 30 donc trois quart d heure d attente. Les voisins du n 6 se sont servis du container de poubelles pour déposer leurs déchets. De fait la poubelle était quasiment remplie avant que nous puissions mettre nos déchets.En conséquence, nous demandons un dédommagement sur le prix du séjour pour les nuisances subies, sachant que le propriétaire avait connaissance des dysfonctionnements.Je suis surprise que Abritel mettent en location un logement non conforme aux exigences actuelles. Le prix ne correspond pas au service

Le calme

Quelques jours au calme à 10min de la plage et d’une zone commerciale. La cabane est bien équipée, avec une terrasse pour profiter du soleil. La lit est confortable et la communication avec Cristèle est très facile. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
