- Semi-detached villa in a residence right in the center of CAP-FERRET, close to the lighthouse. Located between the Bay and the Ocean, you can walk everywhere as the villa is near the market and shops.
The villa features an entrance hall, a living room, a dining area with TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. All rooms open onto a terrace with a plancha grill, garden furniture, and a parasol. There is a separate toilet with a washing machine on the ground floor.
