  • Very nice family home with 4 rooms, renovated, located above the listed village of Grass, A300M from the beach, in a garden of 1000m2 with large wooden deck. Garden with pine, strawberry and tropical plants, very sunny.
    Whatever the schedule of the tide, it is still possible to swim on the beach in the Grass and there is no road to cross to go to the beach.
    The village of Grass is a typical fishing village on the peninsula of Cap Ferret with restaurant and oyster tastings.
    100m from the house you can access the bike paths of the peninsula.
    Can be accessed by the tracks to ocean beaches.
    At 1 km there is the Canon of the market and 4km of Cap Ferret market.
    All water activities are available: sailing, paddle, water skiing, surfing etc.

    The house includes 1 living room with new kitchen, bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a 90 bed, 2 bedrooms with bed of 140. 2 bathrooms and separate toilet.
    In the garden, a plancha and a Weber barbecue are available.
    The interior has been completely renovated in 2012.

Fantastic Holiday

Beautiful clean property in excellent location in L’herbe. Short walk to beach in the Bassin D’Archachon and close to Atlantic Beach also . Marie Helene and Didier met us and were very welcoming . We would love to return . We would be happy to recommend this property to friends.

superbe location

Maison très bien équipée (rien ne manque en ustensiles de cuisine, Plancha au gaz, BBQ au charbon, table de ping pong, lave linge...), bonne literie, 2 salle de bains refaites + douche extérieure cachée, situation parfaite, à 2 pas du bassin (possibilité d'y aller à pied). Maison très agréable à vivre et propriétaires très sympathiques. Notre meilleure location depuis que nous venons au Cap Ferret.

Bon séjour à L‘Herbe

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison typique du bassin. Joliment décorée et très agréable terrasse. Les enfants ont apprécié la table de ping pong. Nous avons dû apporter nos draps et linge de maison pour cause de contexte de covid mais cela ne devrait pas poser de problème à l’avenir ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillant. La maison est très bien située juste au dessus du village ostréicole de l‘Herbe auquel on accède en 5 minutes à pieds ce qui est très agréable, pour se baigner ou déguster des huîtres !

Parfait

Cette villa est parfaitement conforme à ce qui est décrit et ce que nous attendions. L’accueil est excellent. L’emplacement est parfait car l’accès sur le bassin est à moins de cinq minutes, l’accès à l’océan est à six minutes en voiture et l’accès aux commercants à trois minutes. Je recommande vivement cette villa et son propriétaire.

Excellent séjour dans un endroit magnifique !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances au Cap-Ferret en famille. Charmant logement très propre et très bien équipé dans le beau village de l’Herbe. Situation idéale pour rayonner ( notamment en vélo ) Sur toute la presqu’île. Accueil directement par les propriétaires très sympas. Nous reviendrons…!

Maison chaleureuse dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille. La maison est parfaitement équipée, la décoration chaleureuse et la terrasse parfaite du petit-déjeuner au dîner. Le bassin et l’océan sont facilement accessibles. Une super destination de vacances en famille!

Sejour idéal dans un endroit magique

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la Villa. L endroit est tres bien situé, tout proche de la mer et du magnifique village de l herbe (5 mn a pied), proche des commercants, et au calme entouré de végétation. C est egalement l endroit ideal pour visiter la peninsule. La maison est tres ensoleillée, chaleureuse et agreable. Tres propre et tres bien equipee (et surtout la cuisine avec beaucoup de vaisselle, etc...). La proprietaire est tres accueillante et reactive pour repondre a toutes questions. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hesitations.

Super accueil avec pâtisserie locale , visite du village et bcp d'indications sur la vie locale Maison familiale très chaleureuse ,très bien agencée , baignée de lumière et au calme Nous avons passé une super semaine avec nos 3 ados sans utiliser nos voitures .....tout peu se faire à vélos Océan a 15mn Plage du Bassin a 300m et découverte du Cap grâce aux nombreuses pistes cyclables......nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans cette très jolie maison du Cap Ferret. Idéalement située et au calme. La décoration et parfaite, et le confort comme à la maison. Idéal pour une famille. Merci à Mr et Mme Favroul pour leur accueil et leur conseil. A refaire !
