It was my second time staying here. Always good service and clean facilities. We did ask if we could use an iron. However, they did not have one. But overall, itss a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

We were allowed an early check in without extra fee but had to check out early which we did anyway, good customer service, nice friendly staff. However, there was no wifi and bathroom sink had a leak, no lift.

The room is clean, the bathroom is great but it took the staff more than ang hour to verify our reservation and assign us to our rooms.

Near the malls. What I didn’t like is the hotel has no elevator. We have to bring or luggage using the stairwell.

The common check-in time of 2pm is adjustable in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel 6am supposedly to leave our things and come back at 2pm check-in, but we were informed that we can check-in earlier and leave at the same time on check-out day. The only problem I noticed was the bathroom water heater that has a defective temperature control. The location is perfect for me as it is very near St. Raphael, a supermkt, a resto and very near central business district. We wanted to maximize our stay at the hotel but due to change of itinerary we have to leave 12 hours earlier. If ever I will have another chance to visit Legazpi, I would choose to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for that wonderful accommodation!

Nice budget friendly hotel

The hotel itself was ok. No elevator but not a huge problem for us. The bathroom is a wet room - and it Definitly got wet haha. But the reception staff all very nice. Good location - close to local amenities etc.

チェックイン　アウト　スムーズ時間待ちもなく大丈夫でした 予約もきちんと対応 ただ初日の部屋はwifiが繋がらなく　次の日他の部屋が空きましたので 変更してもらえました 多少タガログ語と英語で話出来る人でなければ難しいかも

Great place with friendly staff just one small thing they should have shower curtain to stop water getting everywhere it wouldn't cost to much to put in ?i would recommend this hotel to all my friends
