"The breakfast menu was not fresh. Breakfast would run out an hour into service. I stayed there for a week and not 1 time had my linen changed. When I called to the service desk I was told house keepers called out and they only serviced check out rooms first. When checking in and associating with the check in desk, the associate was always on a personal phone call either via video chat or with headphones in. It was a very unprofessional environment, poorly staff, and service was one of the worst I've ever had at a hotel before. "

"Everything was great except for the limited amount of parking spaces. It made having too much fun catching up with family and getting back a bit late extremely stressful. Beds were comfortable. Rates affordable! We will be back and just plan our time better or take an uber. "

"The halls in the hotel were dirty, they were not vacuumed in a long time. The hotel smelled like cigarettes although it was supposed to be non smoking. The television didn’t work and the water in the tub backed up when you showered. I will never return and would spend more money at another hotel."

"We had a short two night stay, but the home had everything we needed. The owner communicated damages to the dock weeks prior to my arrival and had done some work to add a seating area by the lake so we could still enjoy the views. The property has a wonderful breeze perfect for front porch or out back coffee sipping. Everything was perfect and beautifully decorated. "
