This quaint and beautiful 2900 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, + loft. 3 full bath 2 half bath log cabin is located on the water at Lake Murray in Leesville, SC. There's also a loft for added accommodations sleeps 6 in loft. Only 30 minutes from Columbia Airport, it is convenient to both Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA. And the Augusta National! It would make the perfect getaway for Spring Break, a Holiday , a honeymoon or a family vacation. 7 Kayaks included. Great dock & gazebo. Plenty of room to dock your personal boat at the Cabin. Exceptional stay! The host was wonderful. I messaged at midnight expecting a reply the next day when the neighborhood briefly lost power. She responded immediately. Everything was clean and the view was amazing. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Honestly, I wish we’d had more time to spend there.

Great Place!

This is the most adorable cabin on the lake! Our family loved staying here! The cabin was very comfortable with all amenities. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice dock and wonderful views of the lake. The boat launch was around the corner at a marina with boat rentals available. We had a fun time and our teens are asking to go back! We hope to do it again soon!

Perfect Getaway!

Sunset Cabin was the perfect quick getaway from the real world. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and calming. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and sitting by the fire in the crisp autumn air. Kathy was always available to answer any questions or give advice on local restaurants. Thank you, Kathy, for that. Being able to stay an extra day was an added bonus. We enjoyed it thoroughly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Needs A Really Good Cleaning...

Kathy was ON THE BALL as far as communication is concerned. Check in is easy and she answered every question that we had promptly. The location was great for where we needed to be as well as easy to get to. The property could use a good cleaning and it would have been a much more enjoyable stay. Inside and out needs a good pressure washing, there are cobwebs inside the cabin. The home doesn't look like it gets enough use so it is a bit neglected. We went to use the kayak and had to remove a nest of baby snakes from inside. If the home had more use ~ It would be an enjoyable place to stay. We must have been the first ones to stay in a while. Don't mark this home off your list, just ask if they have been able to pressure wash outside and a deep cleaning inside before you book it.

We really had a good time at the cabin spending time together & fishing & enjoying the yard & dock. The cabin is very nice & comfortable very spacious for all 8 of us & also nice & clean & the kitchen & cabin itself was very well stocked. Great cabin on the lake

We loved our weekend staying at this property! The cabin was fun to stay in, clean, fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay! The lake was fabulous! The whole group enjoyed using the kayaks, swimming from the dock and roasting s’mores around the campfire. We loved Lake Murray and will be back soon!

Great location on Lake Murray. Cute house that could fit all 8 of us, but a little challenging cooking and prepping within the smaller space. However, this was expected and did not take away from the experience. Would stay again.

Our stay was beyond excellent at Sunset Cabin!! Check in and check out was very easy. There was plenty room for our group of 10. The younger kids (11-14) had their own room next to a game room with their own mini fridge (bigger mini fridge). We were very close to the marina, where we could leave our trailer for 5. Sunrise was beautiful but Sunsets were even better. We took out the kayaks (that came with the house) to see the sunrise. You are on open water so skiing and tubing are at your front door. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

The owners have done a great job furnishing this great cabin on the lake. All the little things that a rental never has they have provided which made our say easier. The kids loved the kayaks and fishing off the dock, the parents loved the fire pit and the gazebo on the lake. We will be back soon. This is a wonderful place and great location.

Great Lake House

Three generations piled in for a USC graduation. Cabin was well provisioned. Great porches - two levels. Dock was perfect for swimming and fishing. No complaints at all.
