Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Holes in the wall, repaired very badly throughout the property.The cheap laminate flooring had gaps throughout the property The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.We had to wash all of the kitchen utensils before we used them, the potato masher had dried potato on it,we had to clean the cooker hob before we used it, the floor below the oven was disgusting, there was a bad smell coming from the sink and the sink plug didn't seal so we had to clean utensils under the tap with the water running.We opened the cupboard leading into the property and was shocked at what we saw.... disgusting,the front door was filthy dirty, outside the property there were some dodgy characters lurking about so didn't feel safe sitting outside.One of the chair legs was broken, when i sat on it i nearly fell off,in general the furniture is cheap.We put up with it as long as we could but came home a day early.We contacted the host on several occasions, all we got back was 'thankyou for your understanding' and maintenance have been informed .Early every morning somebody was carrying out property repairs, hammering and banging etc.We left this apartment in a much cleaner condition than when we arrived.
