"Hotel was lovely, however we were on the road side second floor and it was extremely noisy on a night time. Music blasting and cars till later on. Would return but request not to have a road facing room."

Hyatt House Leeds Aparthotel

Hyatt House Leeds Aparthotel

8/10 Good
"We recently stayed in one of your family rooms with two king beds, and overall, we had a good experience — the room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable. However, we would like to share a few areas for improvement: Cleanliness on arrival: The floor was not properly cleaned, with visible hair and dust. Laundry facility: While we appreciate the free laundry service, we noticed hotel staff using the same machines for restaurant table towels, which appear to carry heavy chemicals. The towels were also left in the washing machine afterwards, which we found improper. Housekeeping timing: Although check-out is at 11 AM, staff knocked and opened our door at least three times from as early as 9 AM, without announcing "Housekeeping." This felt intrusive and unprofessional. We hope these points are taken constructively, as we believe they can easily be addressed to improve future guests' experiences."
