"Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location? "

"Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. Also I think the old executive lounge was a lot better ambience wise. The food and drink was excellent in the lounge but I felt like we were sitting in a glass square box rather than a nice chilled out area as the old lounge was so again a bit disappointed. Still enjoyed our stay but not sure if we’d stay their again."

"Amazing 2 night stay. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. All staff were very friendly. We recommend booking room with lounge access, this was a nice little treat we didn’t expect, with free bar between 5-7pm. Good location, only a 10 min walk into the city. Overall great experience !! "Great overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. "
