The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Lovely to have a fridge in yhe room. Staff were very helpful & friendly. A lovely one night stay whilst attending a wedding party. £5 parking fee, not excessive but no mention about this when booking. Might as well just add £5 to the room rate and not have those unsightly signs everywhere.

Staff were excellent - personable and efficient. Nice room - good size and decor. Facilities were fine but we didn’t use all of them. The disappointing factors were being charged to park at the hotel - couldn’t find this in the hotel booking! - and no one had cleaned the fridge - someone’s food left overs in a plastic tub!

The staff were great, I couldn't fault them, what I did disagree with is the parking charge to park in your carpark, you are at the side of a motorway and there is now where else to park. The cost of breakfast is very expensive. The tV in our room was broken. There are no plug sockets at the side of the beds either.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, however you had to pay to park your car, which is ridiculous seeing as the hotel is at the side of a road with nothing around it, so non hotel users would have no need to park there!

Fantastic service, great value but oor facilities.

First and foremost special mention to the staff who were very, very helpful. In particular Marie who went out if her way to get it right, a real credit! Unfortunately this place is let down with poor facilities, no restaurant, gym etc and rooms which were unbearably hot to sleep In.

Northern road trip

Easy to find and lots of parking. Good on site restaurant with lovely breakfast at good price. Staff lovely and helpful. Bed was huge and underfloor heating in the bathroom a pleasant surprise. Just down the road is an outlet centre with lots of food outlets. Hard to beat for the price.
