"I would have given 5 stars instead of 3 if they would’ve cleaned our room at least 1 time out of the 3 nights we stayed there! The first night we got back from fishing 14 hours and we had no room service but we let it slide because we were so tired and thought they would give us room service the 2nd night but that never happened either we had to go to the office and get new towels and toilet paper after fishing another 14 hours that’s when I was like wow they need to compensate us and they did , they gave us 20% off our bill I still think they should’ve compensated us a free nights stay too on top of that."

"Great location—there’s a grocery store right behind the hotel, and the bus stop is right there too. The room was spacious and had pretty much everything you need. The sauna was working and very hot, which is all we needed. The property is a bit old, but for what you pay, it’s worth it compared to other hotels. Covered parking is very nice when it’s snowing. The staff were helpful, and they offer a small breakfast—not great, but enough to carb up before skiing 😂 Overall, it was a perfect stay and I’d definitely go back."

"If you’re looking for a very dog friendly place that’s also a really nice resort. This hits the Mark. We didn’t have a dog. But it was cute how they have doggy chairs. Matt, the dog lay on. A doggy park. All while maintaining a very nice atmosphere fireplaces great restaurant and clean rooms."

"This place is aged… it’s a mountain I get it. But it needs to be redone, upgrade take the carpeting out, etc.. Make the front of your hotel more inviting. Maybe you paint…"
