Find a Great Motel Lee

"I do beleive this is an example of owners trying to hold off on investing any dollars in basic maintenance let alone capital upgrades until they really realy have to. Well in this particular case they are past that point. There are two OYO's within site of each other and i think the focus is on mai taining the one we didnt stay in. There also appears to be less than adequate staff but the front desk fellow and the o e housekeeper were hustling, thats why they got a 3."

"Adequate. The place is working on being run down. The ice machine is always broke, theres no breakfast, the rooms have holes in the walls, exposed wires at some of the outlets, showers with loose fixtures, wobbly toilets, and the pillows are about 24"×28" and fluff, no support. The pool was open this time. "

"Great breakfast..staff was difficult at checkin..was lecture on 3rd party stays and hotel charges more on weekends, etc..Clean room and comfortable. "

"Front desk clerk, Melinda was awesome! Room was clean and comfortable. Did not check out the breakfast offerings. Tv was a bit difficult to figure out. "

"Showed up to property to check in and sat out front of office for 20 minutes. No one in office. Rang doorbell three times, knock loudly and yelled thru the speak hole. No response. Googled the number and called. The gentleman on phone told us to go down to Budget Inn and stay there. That place did have someone at front who got us the room after confirming with the same gentleman. But due to “renovations” it was in rough shape. No cold water for shower after driving all day, toilet did not flush but sounded like water running all night and front door was not closing all the way. Would not stay again at either even for the one night. "
