Excellent emplacement si ce n'est les travaux sur les rives du lac, désagrément provisoire cependant. L'aménagement intérieur gagnerait à être amélioré par une manutention régulière (menues réparations côté douche ou coup de torchon cuisine, sommier et matelas à changer idem pour les poubelles de tri, par exemple). Serrure du portail à changer impérativement. Mais gestionnaire charmante et réactive.
