If you want to be a stone's throw from the lake Lario House is the right apartment for you!!! It is located inside a small courtyard, on the ground floor and no steps. The whole house has access to the small private backyard; a small table, plants and flowers for an intimate and romantic breakfast. Spacious and bright living area with an American kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook as well as a dishwasher, oven and induction hobs. White beamed ceilings, a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful round table make for a charming and stylish decor! The bedroom is large and quiet, washing machine, bathroom with window and comfortable shower complete the accommodation. Linens included. The City of Lecco Tourist Tax will be applied at Checkout. Excellent emplacement si ce n'est les travaux sur les rives du lac, désagrément provisoire cependant. L'aménagement intérieur gagnerait à être amélioré par une manutention régulière (menues réparations côté douche ou coup de torchon cuisine, sommier et matelas à changer idem pour les poubelles de tri, par exemple). Serrure du portail à changer impérativement. Mais gestionnaire charmante et réactive.
