Overall, it was ok considering the price. The staff was friendly and there was enough parking. I just wish that there is more lights in the room and the floor was cleaner.

The owners of this property really go out of their way to make sure that they help you with all your needs. We were renting a kitchenette suite and if I needed something that wasn't in it I just asked and they tried their best to get what I needed to cook. The Friday night was a little noisy with some real party animals in the room beside us but all in all it was a good stay.

It was good. Friendly staff. The only thing we found it a bit difficult is that in our room the space between the toilet and the sink is a little tight, cause to get there is tight/narrow. But it was just in the room we stayed at we noticed that. We only stayed there for one night.

A clean room and comfortable bed! I’ve stayed here 3 different times before and the owners are great, very friendly and always helpful with my evening check ins. I will stay again next time I’m in town, the location is perfect for me.

A Nice Place To Stay
An older motel but clean, well kept and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Close to food and minutes from downtown Leamington by vehicle.

Found a dirty towel and bandaid in the bathroom and put it outside. Bathroom is too small. Noise from other rooms is annoying. Had to go back to office 3 times to pick up a 3rd set of towels and pillows. The price is 3 times what it should be for what we got.

It was very clean and quiet. Easy access to Point Pelee Park and to the island ferry, though we didn't go there. Owners were really nice. Half the price of other hotels such as Seacliff Inn.

Property is clean and safe. Staff answers your call. I just dont like the fact they do not have hair dryer and i prefer a better pillows and beddings. No coffee maker and coffee available at the room. I also asked for a 1 hour extension to leave because i have something to do but I am being asked to pay extra. WHy?
