Comfort and Elegance - Entire home in Leadville, Colorado, United States
- Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Completely remodeled from floor to ceiling in every room! One mile from Safeway grocery store and 1.5 miles to downtown. So much to do and see in Leadville. Many new restaurants and shops in town. Hiking and national forest surrounds this beautiful area. Only 10 minutes to ski Cooper. You have 7 ski resorts within one hour and Aspen is only 1.5 hours away.
The space
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms completely remodeled with comfort and style in mind. Modern kitchen with an induction oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. Great location - close to town and restaurants. Within an hour of 7 ski resorts, hiking, biking, and close to a new National Monument.
Guest access
Upstairs is fully remodeled. Downstairs is an unfinished basement - our next project.
Other things to note
New induction oven works differently than gas or electric. Please read instructions - it lights up on the stove top surface.

Rules
Large green trash container is in the garage. Please roll it up to top of the driveway on Wednesday mornings and bring back inside later that day.
Put dirty dishes in dishwasher. General tidiness is appreciated so there won't be issues with bugs. Adults only should use step stool.
Remove shoes and put in the cubbies either in garage or by front door. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
