Modern Pines-6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath. 4 Master Suites!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This home was built with entertaining in mind, bring the whole family and start making memories!

The main floor has an open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms making it a great place to entertain. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a 36" gas range, large single refrigerator and freezer, cabinets stocked for making cooking a breeze and an Island and Dining Room table for seating the entire group.

You will find two large master suites on the main floor. Both master suites have king size beds, tv's and attached bathrooms featuring tile showers.

The four additional bedrooms are located downstairs, each featuring king beds! Two of those bedrooms have bathrooms attached. The downstairs also has a game room/bar area, providing fun for all ages! And a living room that offers a pull out couch for more sleeping space!

The two driveways provide plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers, making it easy to bring along all your toys.

Guest staying at Moderns Pines will have access to the community clubhouse, the clubhouse has two pools with one being available year round, a pool table, shuffleboard table, fire pits and an inside gathering area.

Extraordinary stay

Stunning and comfortable home. Checkin/checkout were easy. We had fun snowmobiling, visiting Lead/Deadwood, and riding the coaster at Rush Mountain. Awesome family vacation in a beautiful home. Plenty of room for all of us with a bonus game room! My kids enjoyed the air hockey table and ping pong table. Lots of games in this home make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with every tool you need to make a delicious meal. Great place and location!
