The Space:

Welcome to this newly built home, custom built for the perfect vacation experience!  Located in the very popular Powder House Pass subdivision, you will have access to the Clubhouse with 2 heated pools, splash pad, game room, as well as paved roads and easy access!  Just 4 miles southwest of Lead, you are in the heart of the Northern Black Hills and all the adventures it has to offer!  minutes from Terry Peak Ski Area, ATV trails, Hiking trails and snowmobile trails.  Spearfish Canyon scenic By-way is a 5 minute drive where you can explore, hike, fish and just leisurely drive and take in the beauty of the canyon walls and waterfalls.  Deadwood is a 15 minute drive where you can find shopping, great restaurants, casinos and local events and concerts.  Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park are a scenic, hour drive and Devil's Tower in Wyoming is also a great day trip!



This home will feature an spacious, Kitchen with island that flows in to the dining area and Great Room.  The main floor will have 2 master suites, laundry room, mud room and half bath with an attached 2-car garage.  Upstairs will be 2 more bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs has its own 1/2 bath and shares a Jack-and-Jill shower.
