A lovely, quiet hotel with a very welcoming owner! There was not much choice of restaurants close by- but we ate at the hotel and it was very good. Fish soup recommended! The room was comfortable and the bed even more so. The secure parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A little gold mine

Excellent establishment, super friendly and adaptable. Organises a super vegetarian meal at very short notice. The Gin n Tonics are top.

The room was nice and big. The bed is very comfortable. When you look out of the window, you see a harbour. There is no access to the sea nearby. Breakfast was very good, but not always served at the indicated time.

Tres bon séjour

La situation de l'hotel entre le Mont St Michel et St Malo est un point fort. L'accueil de la part de la patronne et du personnel est très sympathique. L'hôtel est propre, la chambre famille et spacieuse et joliment décorée. On y mange très bien et le petit déjeuner offre la qualité et la diversité des produits. Hotel a recommandé.

Profondément déçus

Nous sommes très déçus de la chambre qu’on nous a allouée qui ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif du site ! (Chambre confort) Près de l’entrée,en rdc et dans le passage principal de l’hôtel pour aller au restaurant.. Vue et bruit sur le port..de nettoyage des bateaux qui rentrent et près de la route et de son trafic continue . Lit en 140/190 et non 160/200 ! Très petit espace chambre prévue pour personne à mobilité réduite d’ailleurs comment circuler en fauteuil dans cette chambre ??? Nos 2 valises encombraient déjà largement.. D’autre part le tarif de la chambre affiché a l’Hotel est de 74e ce n’est pas celui que l’on nous a facturé..!! (Ch 104) Et petits dej en sus 10e J’avais pris l’initiative de téléphoner qques jours avant notre arrivée pour avoir qques infos complémentaires , la personne qui m’a répondu ne doit pas connaître les règles de courtoisie au téléphone ,d’accueil et de prise en charge client , je dérangeais, ce n’était pas le moment : ça m’a déjà un peu refroidie !

chambre familiale mansardée petite fenêtre sans clim donnant sur le port des producteurs de moules et huîtres odeurs assez désagréables et beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit problématique l’été avec fenêtre ouverte sinon les propriétaires sont charmants et le petit déjeuner très correct

Convivial

L'accueil chaleureux et convivial du propriétaire est positivement surprenant. Il fait en sorte de réunir les clients au dîner pour des discussions amicales. Un rapprochement entre région est sympathique et bien agréable pour connaître les visites de la région réalisées par chacun. Le repas réalisé par l'épouse, très bonne cuisinière, est excellent. Son approche des clients est semblable à son mari. On a rapidement l'impression d'être reçus chez des amis. Très Bon séjour. Merci pour cet accueil !
