Super weekend

Superbement située, la propriété a tout afin d'offrir un excellant séjour en grande compagnie. Ce n'est pas le flambant neuf, mais l'équipement est en ordre. Le contacte avec Sandrine et le propriétaire c'est merveilleusement déroulé. Super weekend!

Très bonne semaine dans une maison spacieuse et bien située pour notre famille avec de très jeunes enfants. La maison est bien équipée, la conciergerie est réactive s il manque quelque chose Il faudrait prévoir des travaux de rafraîchissement sérieux dans les sanitaires et sur la terrasse (lames de bois mobiles et clous qui ressortent )

Ruim huis op prachtige locatie en omgeving

Prima huis voor grote groep. Prachtige omgeving. Advertentie was wat summier, geen info wat er allemaal aanwezig in huis was en wat je zelf mee moest nemen of huren. Netheid wat mindere score omdat er niet zo goed was schoon gemaakt. Tuin was grote verrassing, Iedereen was tevreden en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Très belle villa située dans un très chouette quartier, mais à besoin d’un entretien approfondi. Salles de bains vétustes, planches de la terrasse défoncées et clous apparents, casseroles pas adaptées à une taque induction.

Verblijf met kinderen en kleinkinderen bood een groot comfort niet alleen aan kamers maar ook toiletten en badkamers. Op de site was geen info wat betreft beddengoed. Via mail was er wel vlotte communicatie mogelijk waaruit bleek dat dit optioneel was en liefst vooraf moest aangevraagd worden en betaald. Le Touquet Paris-Plage zelf was echt een meevaller.

Een tweede kennismaking

Omdat het ons vorig jaar erg bevallen was, hebben we dit jaar met onze familie opnieuw geboekt. De ervaring dit jaar was eerder teleurstellend. De villa, hoewel goed van ligging en ruim is toch wel aan herstel toe. Vorig jaar kon het er nog net mee door en waren omgeving en het huis op zich (voldoende ruimte) voldoende argumenten om opnieuw te boeken. Hoewel de huurprijs gestegen is, is er weinig geïnvesteerd in het onderhoud en vernieuwen van de accomodatie. Badkamertjes moeten opgefrist worden, terras en buitentrappen dringend onderhouden , het geheel geeft van buitenaf een wat verwaarloosde indruk. Internetverbinding is lamentabel! Slot achterdeur kapot, is nadien wel prompt hersteld. Netheid kan zeker beter voor de nieuwe huurders, er lag overal stof en er waren verstopte doucheafvoerleidingen...
