Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette résidence calme et très bien située, la plage et les commerces sont à 5 mn à pied. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La terrasse "plein sud" isolée du voisinage permet de prendre ses repas "presque" face à la mer. Un point positif : le parking privatif situé dans le bâtiment. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute du bien-être de ses locataires.Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bon séjour. Appartement très agréable avec vue sur mer. Résidence sécurisée. La conciergerie est à l écoute et très sympathique. L appartement était très propre et très accueillant. L essentiel est sur place . Nous somme 4, parents enfants , et nous ne nous somme pas sentis à l’étroit. Très bien placé, à deux pas de la mer et de la rue ST Jean. Excellente appréciation sur l ensemble du séjour, de la communication avec l hôte à la réservation jusqu au départ. Je recommande sans hésiter.

J'ai apprécié l'appartement son emplacement le stationnement et la terrasse au sud. J'ai regretté la gestion du départ : la propriétaire me sur facture la dernière journée pour surcoût de la conciergerie le dimanche. En fait la concierge ne s'est pas déplacée et nous avons été contraints de faire un détour en voiture pour lui livrer les clés dans sa boite aux lettres à Etaples (!!!). A ce jour j'attend toujours ma facture Comment faire ? Marie-Pierre

Emplacement top

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, surtout si on veut profiter de la plage avec des enfants. Petit bémol, l’appartement et les meubles sont assez « vieillots » et pas de wifi non plus. Les draps, serviettes et le linge de maison (torchon) ne sont pas fournis, c’est dommage. Attention au parking, l’accès est très peu large, il faut bien savoir manœuvrer pour y rentrer. Bon séjour quand même.
