Great location

It didn’t quite live up to expectations from photos. It’s quite basic and tired and wasn’t terribly clean. We had an issue with the power the first night, but a friendly neighbour sorted it out in the morning. The owner was sending someone round which we didn’t need in the end, so she was very responsive.

Logement très sale, verre lavé mais avec des traces, poussière dans les chambres et SDB, torchon avec de trace jaune.... a l'arrivé la personne nous a demandé l'heure de départ, nous avons validé 12h ensemble, mais le jour de départ elle est venu sonné a 9h30 pour nous demander quand nous comptons partir... Bref vraiment tout a revoir !La location et le garage font de cette appartement le seul point positif

Une femme adorable , très gentille . Peut être un petit hic sur le point propreté mais sincèrement je passe outre car nous étions très peu à la maison .Merci pour ce séjour mais enfant et nous même en somme reparti avec pleins de bons souvenirs et c'est largement suffisant pour moi !

Logement très vétuste, combi four défectueux, manque d ustensiles et globalement sale !! Avons signé un contrat de location ( preuve à l appuie) pour 500 euros notifiant le parking inclus hors à la demande de la propriétaire J ai fait un premier versement de 518,86 d euros puis un deuxième de 50 euros pour le parking

Logement qui aurait grand besoin d'etre rénové. Rien n'est vraiment propre. Tapis et moquettes sales. Manque total de petites attentions pour accueillir les hotes: pas de papier wc....pas de liquide vaisselle( bouteille vide) four micro onde qui ne chauffe pas, radiateurs tres peu chauffants....

Rapport qualité prix....on peut mieux

La netteté de l'endroit fait défaut : graisse incrustée sur les armoires de cuisine, moquette tachée, quelques éléments de mobilier casses, terrasse déglinguée. L'appartement est très bien situé , c'est son point fort. Globalement trop cher pour l'état du lieu.

Appartement bien situé spacieux mais poussiéreux

Appartement exposé plein Nord mais clair. La télévision est inaudible rafistolée avec du scotch comme le frigo, l’équipement de la cuisine côté vaisselle est suffisante. Le mobilier est désuet et les oreillers et couettes sont sales. La moquette des chambres est sale et le parquet du séjour serait à changer. Dommage car l’appartement est agréable et proche de la mer et des commerces et est bien dimensionné pour 4 personnes.

Très bien situé mais prestations limitées

Appartement pratique pour une petite famille (un couple avec un ou deux enfants), en plein centre ville avec proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces. En revanche la propreté (notamment des chambres et de la moquette) était limite et la literie très inconfortable... Lave vaisselle peu entretenu produisant un résultat douteux, télé inutilisable (réception déplorable de qq chaînes, télécommande hs) et internet inexistant! Pour qq jours ce n'était pas bien grave mais pour le prix je m'attendais à une prestation de meilleure qualité. Très bon accueil de la dame nous ayant remis les clés.
