"Beautiful house with garden in an area just outside the buzz of the Camarque. But located quite centrally. Nice cities saint gilles, arles en aigues mortes within an hour drive and some nice beaches in st marie de la mer. The owners were very friendly and even gave us delicious tomatoes and basil from his own garden. Mosquitos are the only negative ;)"

"Beautiful little town house, well located and a very nice host. Genevieve always took care of all our questions and needs. The house is lovely decorated and no car is needed if you want to stay in St. Rémy. I can totally recommend this place and Genevieve as a host.Love to come back again."

This is a well presented house with lots of space, and the enclosed garden is private and secure. I guess we were lucky with the October sunshine and the comfortable temperature and although I personally ventured into the pool only once, my three grandsons made full use of this facility. "The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"

"We are just after staying for 2 nights at the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, However was disappointed that breakfast is not included in the room rate considering the prices they charge for a room and the fact the property is not near any other breakfast options so have to have breakfast with them although selection was good price was a bit steep each "

"Our 3 night stay at Arles Plaza was fantastic. The family room was a lovely size for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was quiet and a pleasant temperature. The room was cleaned and tidied everyday and coffee pods replenished. The mini fridge was useful. There were free drinking water fountains dotted around aswell as glass and plastic recyling points.The pool was divine with always enough loungers and space to swim. The reception staff were polite and professional. The atmosphere was calm and tranquil. There were free retro computer games and a pool table. The location was perfect for drives out to the ornithological park and other areas of the Camargue. Also it was 7-10min walk to the old town/amphitheatre in Arles."

"That was one of the most terrible stay for a long time, When we arrived the receptionist told me i have to check in via the checking computer but it didn’t work after 20 of trying he came and said it not working i will do it manually, that was not kind at all, 2 NO safe, NO fridge, NO phone, air conditioner working poorly, with the temp we were sweating all night, 3 next we went to take breakfast it was 9:05am the receptionist asked if we booked the breakfast i said no she then I can’t accept you!!! Since you didn’t book before 9:00 I offered even to pay in cash unfortunately she refused although i told her no one gave us the information before. 4 last day at 9:00 am some one was knocked at the door, I opened and the lady told just to remind you to leave the room at 12:00 noon, I was really surprised by this behavior. She could have came a little later. The employees were really very young and seem not to know about the hospitaly job. It really unfortunate and i am really disappointed. Maybe the only positive point is the lactation of the Hotel very close to the marina and nice restaurants around luckily we were very well served."

"Check in was fast. We had a few issues with the key card, this was fixed by giving us a proper key, problem solved. The room was small but perfectly formed, and clean. Aircon worked well. The pool area was nice, a lovely escape from the heat of the day. We arrived by motorbike. They had plenty of parking, and the gate locks at night (they give you a code so you can get in and out. There's a supermarket with 24hr laundry facilities in less than a 5 minute walk. Be warned, the supermarket closes earlier than the opening hours state. I would go back again "
