Pas pour moi

Malheureusement je n'ai pas regardé les équipements de la chambre car je n'aurais pas réservé en sachant qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation. Certes un ventilateur colonne est a disposition dans la chambre mais ca brasse de l'air chaud et dès son arrêt la chaleur revient direct. Petit bemol sur ce ventilateur, il y a une télécommande dessus mais pas de piles dedans donc impossible de s'en servir. Certains diront qu'il fallait ouvrir les fenetres mais le bruit de la rue en dissuade meme si le quartier semble calme, il y avait un petit groupe de pzrsonnes qui discutaient et cela faisait un bruit de fond donc pas possible. Sinon très mal insonorisé, j'ai entendu un des voisins prendre une douche, les portes qui claquent, les gens qui marchent a letage superieur.... Dernier point bof, la télécommande de la television où l'on ne voit plus rien sur les boutons, on ne fait que deviner... Petit dejeuner correct.

Hôtel proche du centre ville

Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. chambre agréable mais sans climatisation (néanmoins, gros ventilateur présent dans la chambre) et salle de bain un peu trop petite. Pas d’ascenseur. Bon petit déjeuner frais et complet. Le gros plus de l’hôtel est sa situation proche du centre ville à pied. Le Puy en Velay est une très belle ville ( de jour comme de nuit avec ses spectacles de lumières !) .

Très bien!

Séjour de 2 nuits, accueil au top, petit déjeuner en chambre copieux, seul bémol café en poudre mais peut-être est lié à au fait d’être hors saison. En dehors de ça parfait, je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Déçus !

Confort très moyen, équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas… surclassés en duplex en temps de canicule n’est pas un surclassement, sans Clim et avec un ventilo en mezzanine nous avions 30 degré à l’intérieur. C’était très pénible ! Pas au niveau d’un 3 étoiles hormis la proximité du centre :(

Systeme de douche digne d'un camping 1 étoile !! Il faut appuyer sur un bouton poussoir qui envoie l'eau sur la pomme de douche , L'eau coule /- 5 sec avec un debit d'eau faible.... .(pas reglable d'apres le responsable de l'hotel ??) Ce type de système est complétement dépassé et existait dans les camping municipaux des années 80 !! Dommage car la salle de bain à une deco moderme et récente avec douche italienne

Appart Hotel signifie à mon sens une kitchenette aussi mini soit-elle mais ce n'est pas le cas dans la chambre standard même si elle est spacieuse. Une très forte odeur de tabac froid reignait dans la chambre... Prix majoré lorsqu'on reserve avec Hotel.com 88€ pour une nuit hors saison au Puy en Velay c'est plus cher qu'une nuit d'hôtel dans de grandes villes.

Bien Seul regret, rien pour cuisiner ou réchauffer. Quand c’est marqué appart hôtel, on s’attend à avoir des plaques chauffantes ou à minima un micro-onde. Sinon, propre et personnel accueillant

Séjour affaire, rapport qualité prix pas au rdv. Bâtiment très charmant, personnel également, en revanche, la chambre en DUPLEX, propreté à revoir (plaque cuisson + coin cuisine + salle d'eau => cheveux). Un simple drap sur le lit pour se couvrir, une lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas, et pardonnez moi mais pour couronner le tout dans la douche une système poussoir pour l'eau qui sort avec un jet puissant (comme au camping), autant vous dire mesdames que si vous ne voulez pas vous mouiller les cheveux c'est pas possible.

Belle chambre spacieuse et bien éclairée , ameublement fonctionnel et récent, bonne situation dans la ville. Hôtel bien situé proche du centre-ville à pied, chambre spacieuse, accueil parfait parking à un prix raisonnable petit bémol pour la douche c’est un bouton poussoir comme à la piscine ce n’est pas très agréable et une couette aurait été plus confortable ça ne vaut pas les 100 euros dépensés via le site !!

La chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo de notre réservation. Donc décevant ! Ensuite, nous avons changé de chambre car un rideau électrique ne fonctionnait pas ! Le petit déjeuner n'avait rien d'extraordinaire. Nous estimons que pour le prix de la chambre, la prestation n'était pas à la hauteur ! Le point positif est la situation géographique de l'hôtel : proche du centre donc pas besoin de véhicule. La jeune femme a notre fin de séjour très souriante et accueillante.

Must be self-sufficient.

The stay was very average. The hotel staff leave for several hours for lunch and are not around after 8pm. So, be prepared for very thin service. And, the only food service is some yogurt and coffee, only when staff is present since the reception lobby is locked if staff not present.

Bon sejour sauf quand le train passe...

J'ai utilise cette hotel pendant le Tour de France et j'ai pri une chambre duplex. Le situation est bien dans le centre. Les staffs sont tres aimables et m'ont donne les informations necessaires. Par contre, le chemin de fer passe a peu pres 5 m de la chambre, donc quand le train passe , j'ai l'impression qu'il traverse la chambre...
