Accessed via a 4-step staircase:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with desk area, wardrobe/closet
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin unit
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), wardrobe/closet, en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a single pull-out bed, wardrobe/closet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: two high chairs, washing machine, cot, baby bath, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 500 m² enclosed private garden (the gate cannot be locked) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- South and east-facing terrace with table and chairs

The house is ideally located in Le Pradet, in a very pleasant environment. All amenities are within walking distance: shops, post office, village square, etc.
