Ti Olli Cozy Cottage 300m from the Beach

Welcome to our charming renovated 40 m² cottage, ideally located at the tip of Penchâteau, in the heart of the pine forest of Parc de Toullen in Le Pouliguen. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing setting, just 300 meters from Pouliguen beach and close to the wild coves of the coast.



The house features a mezzanine bedroom with a cozy living area, perfect for unwinding. The terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor meals with a plancha in a tranquil atmosphere.



The cottage has two comfortable mezzanine bedrooms, accommodating 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children).



You will have access to the entire house. For your comfort, the home is fully equipped.



A free private parking space is available.



Sports lovers will appreciate free access to the shared pool, as well as the nearby bike paths and coastal trails to explore the beauty of the region by bike or on foot. The sailing center is also within walking distance.



Cleaning is mandatory and available for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels can be ordered before arrival for an additional fee.
