hygiène à revoir
Logement lumineux mais quand on regarde de plus prêt, il n'est pas très propre. Un grand nettoyage de toutes les pièces (y compris les vitres) est à faire. Pour l'hygiène de la literie, une alèse serait la bienvenue ainsi que des protèges oreillers.

Un appartement très joliment décoré, calme, très bien situé, près du coeur du Pouliguen. Un bémol sur la propreté à notre arrivée.

Logement correct mais ménage mal fait
Ménage mal fait : cuisine sale, table basse avec taches de café, tiroirs plein de poussière ou alors avec cheveux et poils des précédents occupants. De plus l’annonce stipule que la location est à 300 m de la plage et de la voile d’or : ce qui est archi faux ! 850 à 900 m est la vraie distance.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'appartement (situation propreté) Attention électricité qqfs limite(prise box,rallonge dans cuisine proce lave vaisselle) Par contre nous y avons eu très très chaud malgré la petite climatisation

Appartement bien situé, bien décoré ,bien equipé, mal entretenu. L'ampoule manquait dans une lampe au dessus de la table, l' interrupteur de la cuisine tombe au sol une fois sur deux, la peinture au fond de la baignoire s en va en copeaux comme celle du plan de travail de la cuisine et surtout, le ménage avait été mal fait avant notre arrivée. C est contrariant.
