This 4-bedroom house is a 5-minute walk from Le Nau beach, shops and Le Pouliguen marina.



Outside, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs for moments of relaxation and conviviality.



Ideally located for tourism with La Baie de La Baule and the medieval town of Guérande, Le Pouliguen offers a wide range of water sports, tennis, horse-riding and golf.
