Bien dans l'ensemble à part quelques manque en ustensiles de cuisine et un rideau à la fenetre contre la chaleur car manque de clim sinon rien d'autre à dire

localisation idéale, pieds dans l eau.. logement moyen, pas très propre, canapé nombreuses taches, abattant wc non fixé, douche qui fuit,pratiquement pas de matériel e cuisine, électricité pas aux normes, tout fonctionne par ralonges éléctriques. la localisation est parfaite, le bien loué, si les remarques seront suivies d effet, en fera un bien très bien.

Bonjour Mesdames, Messieurs, C'est bien mais ce n'est pas pratique concernant les déplacements avec les bus, il faut avoir absolument une voiture et c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit supermarché proche et une boulangerie à proximité. Bien cordialement. Mme M. P.

Trop moyen pour nous, nous ne reviendrons pas

Literie mauvaise maux de dos (en cuvette), Volet droit coincé impossible à ouvrir, Porte d'entrée défectueuse difficile de verrouiller quand vous quittez l'appartement, Pas d'étendage à linge (ex : serviette plage), Placard entrée indisponible pour ranger vêtement (Balai, seau, oreillers, couette pas d'étagère à l'intérieur), Prise cuisine micro onde défectueuse ne fonctionne pas (la solution n'est pas de dire au client de mettre le micro onde et la bouilloire au sol parce que les prises de terre fonctionnent...) Fenêtre à hauteur d'homme ce qui implique que vous restez volets fermés afin que les plagistes ne passent pas leur temps à lorgner...

Bonne situation géographique (10 min en voiture centre ville du Lavandou, Cavalière), restaurants proches, vue sur mer en milieu de baie (presque les pieds dans l’eau)... Un petit bémol sur le manque de rangement et certains manquements...
