Emplacement idéal

Logement confortable, propre, grande terrasse vue mer. Piscine et plage à proximité, résidence ambiance familiale. Proche supérette, pain et restaurant, pizza à emporter. A 20min centre Lavandou .

Horrible

Retardée nous ne sommes arrivés que le dimanche 06, location commençant le 05/08/23. Appartement avec odeur nauséabonde venant d'un reflux douche (c'est pour ça que la baie vitrée était restée ouverte), housse clic_clac tachée, toutes les alèzes tachées, rideaux tachés, hotte sale pleine de graisse, table de nuit cassée, terrasse pas de lumière, tige parasol cassée. Nous avons rendus les clés dès le 08/08/23. Remboursement refusé sous de faux prétextes. Personne n'est venu vérifier avec moi.

Revoir les installations de ce meublé

Belle situation mais l appartement mériterait une amélioration de l équipement : pas de store, pas de parasol, pas de climatisation c est vraiment insuffisant. Les prises électriques ( certaines) sont défectueuses.

Équipement vieillissant un vieux clic clac en office de lit parental Nettoyage laissant à désirer très sale sous les lits Pas de climatisation Quand à l agence du lavandou ne rappelle jamais nous avions besoin de louer une poussette (un service qu’ils proposent) j ai laissé 2 messages sans jamais une réponse
