This holiday home is located in an extremely peaceful area in St. Clair near Le Lavandou (30 km from St Tropez) on a 1-hectare plot filled with cork oaks and green umbrella pines. The beautiful sandy beach of St. Clair and the azure Mediterranean Sea are just 600 m away.
Our grandparents once grew wine on the property on a small scale. Apart from the terraces, little of that remains today.
The cottages are very quiet, far from the main road, on a hill.
The house features two air-conditioned bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests. There is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, including a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer, Senseo and filter coffee makers, and a kettle.
A small supermarket is within walking distance, and you can enjoy the many sights and restaurants in the area.
The region is easily accessible by car from the Netherlands via the usual routes. Flying to Toulon Hyeres Airport is recommended, as it is only a 30-minute drive. Marseille and Nice can be reached in 2 hours. The train is also a good option, via Brussels - Marseille - Toulon.
Cleaning, bed linen, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
