-North/north-east facing, with air conditioning + 1 fan (new - 2024) to keep the property cool during the season and avoid opening the windows, which let in heat, mosquitoes or surrounding noise (road nearby).

-Option to eat outside on the balcony.
Please note: the property is located near the town centre and a busy road. Noise may be audible from outside or when the windows/patio doors are open, which may bother those sensitive to noise.
