I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day, i made it to the Hotel and there no one in the reception so i had to wait for someone to come to do the Check-in. Cleanliness: Overall it was ok but i found an underwear in the bathroom. There were no soap or toilet paper. Friendliness: The man working in the reception kept asking me when i was going to leave every time i see him in the corridor since day1 and that was annoying.

For the price, it was a really nice hotel with some nice owners and in fine condition. It's important not to have too high expectations - because it is pretty cheap, and you get what you pay for. However, it could use some sound isolation, since you could hear when anyone else at the hotel were either taking a shower, entering og exiting their rooms and walking up and down the stairs. The noise was the only actual problem of our stay. Otherwise it was fine!

Reception was rude (shut the door in our face after only getting inside because someone else held the door open) and despite the fact that we had a confirmed reservation we were told there were no rooms available and "the internet has a problem".

Good location in the Centre of Le Havre, terrible service. The would not speak in English to me, what brought up misunderstandings. Travelocity arrange a interpreter through the phone, but the guy would not pick up take the phone, keeping talking to other people in Arabic using his own phone...

anatole france hotel: don't go there if you can it
I didn't read well the description while booking i think, be careful because there is no private toilet in your room. You will need to share it with a whole floor. Plus, they are dirty and didn't have toilet paper. The bathroom in your room is not separated by a wall. The price is cheap for normal hotel, but expensive for this quality.

Man at reception was friendly and helpful. Free wifi good. No pillowcases only a sheet wrapped over them! Shower hot. Toilet very noisy

A l’accueil ils étaient trop accueillant mai en montant dans la chambre les couettes salle ont demandé qui nous les change , lavabo bouché et même c‘était pas vraiment le top la femme de ménage gentille.

La chambre ne correspond pas du tout ce que j'ai attendu le lit est très sale rempli des punaises les cafards la nuit la chambre n'est pas nettoyé il y a des poils partout au niveau de douche la cabine de douche la porte est cassée la cuve de toilette y a pas la bâton sal et l'hôtel très embryon à partir de minuit impossible de dormir car on peut pas joindre personne des responsable de l'hôtel la nuit si un cauchemar personnellement ce sera la première et ma dernière réservation dans cet hôtel je te le conseille pas vraiment juste qu'on a pas le choix

Abominable !
Hôtel à éviter absolument ! Pas de petit déjeuner ! La plupart des chambres n'ont pas de toilette. Il a fallu attendre 2 jours pour avoir des serviettes et du papier toilette. Le personnel est absent et injoignable la plupart du temps.

Les photos du site n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité sur place les draps du lit très sale ils ont mis une couette au mois d'août tout troué la salle de bain le pare-douche arraché et mis sur le côté pas de lunettes de toilette et je parle pas de l'odeur pendant la nuit il y a eu beaucoup de bruit claquage de porte et des gens qui gueulent on dirait un asile en bref c'est un cauchemar.

Bonjour nous n'avons pas séjourner dans cet établissement suite l'agression du gérant et la police nationale intervenir. Je croyais que votre site était sérieux et que vous vérifier la qualité des l'établissement. C'est pas un hôtel c'est plus tôt un marchant de sommeil.

Hôtel très moyen et énormément bruyant, niveau d'un formule 1 au niveau hygiène et bruit, douche et WC privatif et chambre spacieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y est personne sur place pour faire cesser le bruit
