Schöner Urlaub

Zum zweiten Mal in dieses wirklich herlichrn Wohnung. Finde es wirklich toll, auch das die Kritik von letztem Jahr ernst genommen wurde und umgesetzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Meine Familie und ich werden wieder kommen. Schöne Grüße Holger Toller Urlaub,

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Hallo, die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und auch super eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch ideal, sehr ruhig, sehr nah am Strand, nur wenige Gehminuten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit meiner Familie hier verbracht. Einziges Manko war die nicht aus geputzten Schränke und auch im Bad und Küche die Armaturen nicht geputzt. Erster Eindruck war daher etwas gedrübt, da musste meine Frau noch Hand anlegen um sich wohl zu fühlen. Ansonsten wirklich sehr zufrieden, wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Schöne Grüße

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé à quelques pas de la plage. Dans une copropriété sympathique. Parking très pratique, les ventilateurs plafond ont été une bonne surprise et une nécessité avec les fortes chaleurs.

Im Allgemeinen war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles notwendige ( Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck) in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Betten waren auch in Ordnung. Vermisst haben wir Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel. Eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit im „Wohnzimmer“ gab es leider nicht. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nur eingeschränkt ( schleuderte nicht)

gute Lage, 2. OG, im Oktober sehr ruhig, gute Matrazen (mittelhart), Küche gut ausgestattet, Türschloss klemmt - Eingangstür nur schwer aufzuschließen, Bad war schlecht gereinigt, die Dusche voller Schimmel, die Wohnung hat ein Feuchtigkeitsprobelm - bei 3 Tagen Regenwetter kann man die Feuchtigkeit nicht rauslüften zumal im Bad kein Fenster/Lüfter vorhanden ist. Eine Klimaanlage könnte da helfen. Unteres Schlafzimmer: keine Nachttische/Lampen. Oberes SZ: sehr eng und nur 2 Etagenbetten

Appartement très agréable, super bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage. Très bien équipé, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-ondes, four, plaque induction, grille pain…etc. Les ventilateurs aux plafonds sont très pratique. Balcon agréable. Parking privé. Les bémols, tables du balcon pas adaptées pour manger en famille, pas assez de couverts à disposition surtout avec un lave vaisselle, pas de table de nuit dans la grande chambre

Il y a beaucoup d équipements mais peu fonctionnent correctement voir pas du tout.Important à savoir la chambre n'a pas de vrai fenêtre.Par contre l emplacement est vraiment près de la plage

appartement agréable par sa taille, bien exposé et trés propre. Trés proche de la plage et donc facile avec des enfants. agencement exellent, il manquerait dans la cuisine une cloche micro onde et 2 manilles... c' est vraiment pas grand chose. La climatisation n est pas présente mais les ventilateurs de taille font le necessaire; C 'est à voir sur les mois les plus chauds surtout la chambre des enfants sous les toits....

Sehr schön und nahe am Strand gelegen

Wir haben noch selten eine so schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit grosszügigem Geschirrangebot und allen möglichen Küchenutensilien angetroffen. Kochfeld und Backofen haben einwand-frei funktioniert. Das Badezimmer bietet eine grosszügige und gut funktionierende Dusche und viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Einziger Wermuthstropfen: das etwas düstere Schlafzimmer und das nicht inkludierte WIFI.

Eine gute neuwertige Wohnung

Hier wurde mal neu investiert und es war angenehm dort zu wohnen. Leider war der Flur durch Schwalbennester verschmutzt. Es wurde zwar regelmäßig gesäubert, aber das brachte nicht viel. Der Vogelkot war ständig da. Da sollte man sich mal überlegen wie dies zu lösen ist(z.B. Netz anbringen,damit dort nicht genistet werden kann). Es ist sicher nicht gut für die Bausubstanz. Ansonsten war es eine sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage.
